Methodology

Our AI measures users' soft skills based on sophisticated algorithms and multi-dimensional data analysis that recognize specific patterns, statistical outcomes and behaviors associated with possessing soft skills. Our system assigns percentile rankings to users based on their performance relative to other users on the platform.

For instance, if a user demonstrates active engagement, positivity, and effective communication frequently, they may receive a higher percentile ranking for those particular soft skills. Conversely, if a user demonstrates the opposite, they may receive a lower percentile ranking.

To further enhance objectivity, accuracy, and counteract abuse, our system considers statistics, patterns of behavior, communication and sentiments exhibited by other users when they interact with the individuals being evaluated. The context of conversations, including the type and flow, as well as other relevant factors that may affect users' demonstrated soft skills, is also analyzed. By taking all of these factors into account, our system aims to provide accurate and objective assessment of users' soft skills.

The percentile rankings are used to compare users with one another on the platform, allowing individuals to see how they stack up against their peers in terms of their soft skills.

If a user's percentile ranking is 80%, this means that they have demonstrated a higher level of soft skill proficiency than 80% of the users on the platform. In contrast, if their percentile ranking is 20%, this means that they have demonstrated a lower level of soft skill proficiency than 80% of the users on the platform. By providing this feedback, users can identify areas for improvement and work to develop their soft skills over time.

Disclaimers

The soft skill measurement and rankings provided on our platform are intended for informational purposes only. These measurements rely on algorithms that, like any analytical tool, may carry inherent biases. They analyze user behaviors and communication patterns within the platform. While we strive for accuracy and objectivity, it's important to understand that the soft skill measurement and rankings may have limitations and should be viewed as estimates rather than definitive measures of individuals' or schools' soft skills.

User Soft Skill Measurement/Ranking

The soft skill measurement provided by our platform is designed to be a tool for self-assessment and comparison purposes. It offers insights into an individual's soft skill development based on their interactions within the platform. However, it may not necessarily reflect an individual's overall soft skills in other contexts or situations. Soft skills are complex and influenced by various factors such as personal circumstances, cultural backgrounds, and individual differences. Therefore, users should consider other assessments, feedback, and personal experiences to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of their soft skill development. It is also important to note that our platform's soft skill measurement should not be used as the sole basis for making high-stakes decisions, such as employment or educational opportunities, without considering other relevant factors and sources of information. Users are encouraged to seek additional resources and support to further develop their soft skills and enhance their overall personal and professional growth.

School Soft Skill Ranking

The school soft skill rankings provided on our platform are based on the soft skill performance of the schools' students within the platform. While we strive for accuracy, it's important to note that these rankings should not be considered the sole determining factor in evaluating a school's overall effectiveness or the abilities of its students. Soft skills are just one aspect of a well-rounded education, and other factors such as academic performance, extracurricular activities, and community involvement should also be taken into account when evaluating a school. Additionally, it's important to consider that the soft skill rankings provided are based on a snapshot of the students' soft skill performance within our platform and may not necessarily reflect their overall potential or future growth in these areas. Moreover, our platform's soft skill rankings may be subject to limitations and biases inherent in the algorithms used. Therefore, users should interpret the rankings with caution and should not rely solely on them when making important decisions about schools or individuals.

In summary, the soft skill measurement and rankings provided on our platform are based on AI algorithms and may not be 100% accurate. They should not be viewed as definitive measures of individuals' or schools' soft skills and should be considered alongside other assessments, feedback, and personal experiences to obtain a more comprehensive understanding. Users should exercise caution and consider multiple factors when making important decisions based on these measurements and rankings.
